When faced with stress, anxiety, or emotional discomfort, our natural reaction is often to resist, pushing away feelings, avoiding difficult situations, or distracting ourselves. But what if the key to healing and personal growth lies not in resistance, but in willingness?

Willingness is the practice of accepting our emotions and experiences as they come, rather than fighting against them. It doesn’t mean giving up or resigning ourselves to suffering; instead, it means opening up to what is, allowing ourselves to feel, process, and move forward with greater resilience.

Think of it like stepping into cold water. The more you tense up and resist, the more uncomfortable it feels. But when you relax and lean into the experience, your body adjusts, and the discomfort fades. The same applies to emotions. When we allow ourselves to feel without judgment, we create space for growth and healing.

Building willingness takes practice. It might look like acknowledging anxiety rather than avoiding situations that trigger it, sitting with discomfort rather than numbing it, or embracing uncertainty rather than seeking control. Over time, this mindset shift can lead to greater emotional flexibility, improved mental health, and a deeper sense of peace.

Sydnee will lead you through a sequence of postures designed to promote overall wellness, with modifications available for all levels. Props such as blocks and straps will be used to enhance your practice and ensure accessibility, regardless of your flexibility or experience level.

FIT Camp

Get ready for a fast-paced, high-energy workout with FIT Camp! This class is designed for every fitness level, combining the best of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, balance movements, and power moves. FIT Camp challenges both your body and mind, ensuring you work up a sweat while building endurance, strength, and agility.

Expect to spend part or most of the class outdoors (weather permitting), where you’ll push yourself through a variety of dynamic exercises. Led by our certified trainer, FIT Camp offers full instruction with exercise modifications to ensure everyone can participate at their own level.

With high-energy music driving the tempo, you’ll stay motivated and engaged throughout the workout. Whether you’re looking to burn calories, build muscle, or just have fun, FIT Camp provides the perfect environment to achieve your fitness goals.
